模型上下文协议（MCP）网关接入规范

基于 Anthropic Model Context Protocol 开源标准构建，为企业智能体提供统一、标准、带鉴权与脱敏的端侧上下文通信管道。

1. Resources 资源接口 (`resources/read`)

用于拉取端侧录音及通话结构化元数据。网关在返回前强制执行敏感个人信息脱敏。

2. Tools 工具调用接口 (`tools/call`)

向 CRM 回写跟进记录或调用智能体处置卡点。敏感动作强制设定 `require_human_confirmation: true`。
